2025 was a great year for Thirdway Industries, full of collaborations and exciting news — from designing the 52+J deck to exhibiting TWI in a museum. I focused heavily on Patreon, with more decks and increasingly exclusive releases. I also released a deck designed for a cybersecurity company! In total, 29 new decks were released, making 2025 TWI’s most prolific year to date.

Fiamma Rossa & Nera

The first TWI Patreon reward of 2025 was Fiamma, a new series inspired by a mysterious cult devoted to a sacred flame – and the moths drawn to it. Fiamma Nera, the gilded Patreon exclusive, sold out later that same year.

Minichaos Eos & Nyx

Minichaos is the first mini deck from Thirdway – tiny, playful, and packed with full-length monsters. Eos was released for retail, while Nyx is the gilded Patreon edition.

Obsession

Gathered 35,435 € on KS – 338 Backers

Obsession is a fully custom deck designed for play, featuring a bold and eccentric color palette – all built around its central theme: obsession. Goldlust and Rapture are fully foiled editions. The project launched on Kickstarter on March 11, 2025.

Celestial Kickstarter

Gathered 51,157 € on KS – 410 Backers

The biggest Kickstarter of 2025 was Celestial, inspired by the angelic choirs. It included six different decks, featuring hotfoil on the cards, metallic inks, and luxury boxes printed by Boschiero & Newton.

Archons White and Black

Archons is a spin-off of Celestial, inspired by Archangels. With full-length, tarot-style court cards and extensive gold foil, it is a unique and spectacular collector’s series. This was the first TWI deck to feature 3D embossing on its boxes.

Italia Preziosa & Lucente

Italia Preziosa and Lucente are two signature editions featuring Italian gilding and boxes crafted by Boschiero & Newton. I personally signed all decks by hand in Jesolo at the Boschiero & Newton headquarters. The decks were also assembled in Italy by Jocu.

Dualism Chroma Kickstarter

Gathered 44,311 € on KS – 351 Backers

Dualism was the 2024 yearly reward, a three-deck series exploring the dual nature of humans. Chroma is the holographic variant, featuring luxury boxes by Boschiero & Newton and holographic gilding. It was released on Kickstarter on October 6, 2025.

Moonbound 52+J 2025 Deck

Moonbound is the 2025 yearly 52+J Club Deck. It features a double luxury box with sleeve, printed by Boschiero & Newton, and luxury cold-foiled cards by LPCC. Perfect for play, yet fully custom in true TWI style.

On Black Friday, a special red-gilded edition of Archons was released.

Tesoro

Unhinged

Dualism Chroma was selected for the indie game Unhinged! The cards appear as 3D-rendered collectibles (foil included) and as decals on brutalist structures.
